I had a really nice stay for the service and experience. Loved spending my time in this trendy boutique hotel. The location was great, just a short walk to a wonderful plaza and a fantastic sushi restaurant. The room was well-maintained and contemporary with good air conditioning, a terrace, and a comfortable bed.

The hotel room was air conditioned and beautifully maintained with good air con and a balcony, as example. Property's meals were delicious, and we found Inclan Brutal Bar in the area.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi connection was slow.

The room here was fantastic - it had everything we needed. the size was just right, and we could even see Plaza Stanna from our window. We also had a spacious terrace to enjoy, and the air conditioning was a bonus! As for breakfast, it was delicious. the meals served were truly appetizing. 🌞

The location of the hotel was perfect for getting around Madrid. The room's design was chic elegant modern. The room was small but economic in its design and with high ceilings and modern decor was very comfortable. The front desk staff was accommodating and friendly. A special thank you to Javier! Based on our experience at the Room Mate Alicia in Madrid we will look for Room Mate hotels whenever we travel.

location, near three main galleries, loads of bars, cafes and restaurants, 5 mins from the metro, all sights in walking distance, friendly staff, modern rooms clean and modern building
not the cheapest but worth paying for the location, can be noisey during the warm months. did not like the lift or lack of daily use stairs...the inside rooms overlook a hole but it means they are quieter but who spends time in their room in Madrid?

Best thing about the hotel is her staff. Especially Estelle, the morning receptionist whose enthusiasm made the stay memorable. She suggested some great places to go for local colour and food. We shall always be grateful to Kelvin the( Malaysian) manager who went out of his way to make us feel welcome. We enjoyed our chat with the Romanian waitress who brought Freshly baked croissants to our table every morning. All the good things that I read about roomate Alicia from the blogs are true.
The shower hose which is hard to reach making it impossible to adjust it to the height that I like,

The staff were exceptional after traveling through Spain this hotels staff were so exceptional compared to the rest . Specifically a staff member Estelle was so helpful we left her a gift before we left. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in Madrid . The location and restaurants just outside the hotel were exceptional . In conclusion the staff should be an example on how to treat guests

Location on a busy square was fun as there was always something going on. Plenty of good restautants were close. It was easy to get around the city from this location. Staff were very helpful with restaurant recommendations, directions etc. The room was small but chic and had everything a traveller would need. We would stay here again.

The location is excellent, right in Plaza St Ana where you find many restaurants and bars.
